Founded in 2017, PROJECTS 81 is a design-led brand specializing in construction, interiors, furniture and interior styling. Based in New Delhi, India, we believe that great design is not just about luxury—it’s about creating spaces that are practical, functional, and deeply personal.

 

At the heart of PROJECTS 81, is the dynamic duo of Arslan Sharif and Zehra Warsi. 

Arslan, with his technical expertise and problem-solving mindset, ensures that each project is structurally sound and seamlessly executed. Zehra, the creative force behind the brand, brings a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, shaping environments that feel both curated and effortless.

 

Together, we craft spaces that celebrate fine details, thoughtful living, and timeless design—where every element serves a purpose and every corner tells a story.

Founder & CEO

ARSLAN SHARIF

Arslan Sharif is the Founder & CEO of PROJECTS 81, a brand redefining luxury through practical and thoughtful design. Born and brought up in Lucknow, Arslan holds a Master’s in Technology and even has a stint in journalism. Unwilling to settle for the ordinary and eager to carve out his own success, he transitioned into entrepreneurship.

Channeling his ambition into the ever-evolving realm of real-estate, he began his career in micro home construction. His approach to design and construction is unconventional, blending innovation with meticulous detailing. A true automobile fanatic, sports enthusiast, traveler and collector, Arslan brings a sharp, technical edge to every project, ensuring spaces that are not just visually striking but functionally exceptional.

    ZEHRA WARSI

     

    With roots in Saudi Arabia and raised between two culturally rich countries - India and Saudi Arabia, Zehra developed a deep appreciation for culture, design, and artistic expression. She earned a degree in textile design with a specialization in home interiors, honing her skills in patterns, textures, and functional aesthetics.

    Beyond her formal education, Zehra is a talented photographer and artist, with an innate sense of visual aesthetics that informs all aspects of her creative work. Whether through a lens, a brush or fabric, Zehra's work reflects her refined aesthetic and passion for visual story telling.
